Step by Step

This cooking class lasts approximately 2 hours and allows you to prepare an iconic Taiwanese recipe. The course is taught by an expert chef and takes place in a well-equipped kitchen.

You don't need to be a veteran cook as everything will be explained step by step. You will prepare a full menu, which could include some traditional dishes such as:

  • Xiao Long Bao: the most complicated and fun part of its preparation is the introduction of the soup inside the dumpling. To give the characteristic taste, they are prepared in a bamboo steamer.
  • Taiwanese-style cucumber salad: To enhance the flavour, crushed cucumbers are served with a sauce made from soy, ginger, garlic, vinegar and sugar.
  • Bubble Milk Tea: the famous iced tea with milk, ice and small tapioca pearls.

Once the preparation is finished, you can eat your own creations. Vegetarian options are also available.
