On the journey from San Jose to the final destination you will witness breathtaking views of majestic mountain ranges, charming towns, picturesque farms and Costa Rica's stunning Pacific coastline.
Together with a local guide you will immerse yourself in the magical beauty of the cloud forests and see points of interest on this adventure:
- Fruit market: discover the country's exotic fruits at the largest fruit market in the entire region.
- Puerto Caldera: one of the main seaports of the country. You will visit a local house nearby to observe white-faced capuchin monkeys in the wild.
- Coyolar: a small town located in the canton of Orotina, in the province of Alajuela. You will stop at lookout points for views of the Gulf of Nicoya and the Monteverde Mountain Range.
- Jungle: you will walk for approximately 2 to 3 hours along the bridges suspended by the cloud forests, where you will see wild animals such as monkeys, emerald toucans, coatis and the quetzal up close.
At the end, you will have the opportunity to visit a renowned hummingbird gallery, where you can see a variety of local species from the Costa Rican highlands.
