Liverpool Western Approaches Museum Tickets

This ticket for the Western Approaches Historical Museum in Liverpool will allow you to discover the history of the British Armed Forces during the Second World War. You'll take a self-guided tour, at your own pace, so you can stop for as long as you like to look at each of the unique exhibits along the way.

This original exhibition is located inside a secret World War II bunker under the city. You can access all the rooms to discover documents, tools and other original artefacts from the period.

The museum has different themed rooms, such as the Map Room, the focal point of the Battle of the Atlantic. Plus, in the final room of the tour you can enjoy hot drinks at wartime prices, various traditional games and a film about life in Liverpool during the war for a fully immersive experience.

On arrival, you will also receive an authentic museum pass as your identity document, just like that of the museum's own staff. For added convenience, your ticket includes skip-the-line access so you won't have to wait to get in. You can come back whenever you like within 6 months of your visit.
