The exhibition was originally built in Liverpool's Albert Dock, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. But its popularity meant that a second location was made available for expansion, this time at Pier Head downriver.

Note that you can start your visit at either location, but it is recommended that you start at the Beatles' historic tour at Albert Dock. Transport between the two locations is included with your ticket.

    I expected something more from the museum, but despite this I found it a very good visit and one that I couldn't miss on my holiday in Liverpool. Recommended to go once.
