The Liria Palace, built in the 18th century, is one of the most beautiful mansions in Madrid, worthy of comparison with the Royal Palace. It is the official residence of the House of Alba and the perfect place to learn about the history of this iconic family, as well as works by prominent artists.

One of the most recommended experiences if you go to Madrid with children is to enjoy a day at the Madrid Amusement Park. Your ticket gives you access to all the rides in the park for a full day and to the free shows presented in the Gran Teatro Auditorio.

The park has 32 attractions divided into 4 zones: Tranquilidad, Naturaleza, Maquinismo and Nickelodeon Land, the latter with rides for the little ones. If you prefer a theme park based on Warner Bros and DC Comics films and cartoons, Madrid Warner Park is the place for you. With your ticket, which you can buy for a day or two, you can access all the rides and shows. It is located in San Martín de la Vega, about 25 kilometres from the centre of Madrid.

The park has five themed areas inspired by the Warner universe: Hollywood Boulevard, Movie World Studios, DC Super Heroes World, Old West Territory and Cartoon Village, where you can have fun in settings based on films, cartoons and superheroes and take photos with your favourite characters. Children will also find a special play area for them, the Cartoon Village.

In total, the park has some 34 attractions of varying intensity, such as roller coasters, bumper cars and also water rides, ideal for the warm months of July, August and September in Madrid. If you're up for it, you can climb Europe's highest drop tower at 100 metres high, where you'll descend at great speed.
