The young man at the reception was very helpful with the layout of the museum, so we got organised and had a great visit.

We were able to hear very moving stories, many of them portraying families trying to flee. It is definitely a very interesting visit, recommended especially for adults or young people.

You can buy an audio guide for an additional 5 euros, which makes the visit much easier and more interesting. We did that and supplemented the information by reading the texts on the walls. We got one audio guide for the whole group so it was totally worth it.
