This activity allows you to discover one of the smallest breweries in Belgium. An expert guide will explain how this amber-coloured liquid is brewed and you will have the opportunity to taste at least 6 types of ginger beer. The activity lasts about an hour and a quarter and also includes a set of 3 complimentary bottles .
This brewery uses natural ingredients and produces varieties with different flavours and alcohol content. Ginger beer is characterised by a moderate sweetness and just the right amount of bubbles, giving it freshness and lightness, although it is not the only one you could try:
- Robust blonde beer obtained by secondary fermentation with honey.
- Amber-coloured beer with a great structure and hints of apple and pear.
- Kriek, which is brewed with Schaerbeekse cherries, which give it a fruity, sour and slightly sweet taste.
