From the White House to the Capitol to the Washington Monument, each stop will show you the majesty and history of this iconic city. Plus, along the way, you'll hear ghostly tales and historical anecdotes that will transport you back in time.

To begin the tour, you can choose between Union Station or the Washington Welcome Center as your starting point. Please check-in 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure your place and receive all necessary directions. Please note that children under the age of 4 are free, making this evening experience perfect for the whole family.

Aboard an open-top tram, you'll enjoy a tour narrated in English by professional guides who know every corner of the city. They'll take you through the same streets the presidents walked and reveal curious stories, such as the curse of the Hope Diamond or the incredible story of the Medal of Honour winner who donated his amputated leg to a museum.

With each night stop, you'll have the opportunity to take amazing photos, from the Jefferson Memorial to the Iwo Jima, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Lincoln, Vietnam Veterans, Korean War and Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorials.

Step by Step

Enjoy a night tram tour of Washington for approximately 2.5 hours. You'll pass hundreds of monuments and discover the city's most terrifying stories of spirits and ghosts by moonlight.

An on-board narrator will explain the history behind some of the 100 Washington monuments you will see from the tram, including the Washington Monument, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

You'll be able to enter the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, which consists of 4 open-air rooms commemorating his 4 terms in office.

The tram tour stops at some areas of interest so you can take your best souvenir photos of this amazing experience:

  • Lincoln Memorial: home to the LincolnMemorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Korean War Veterans Memorial.
  • MLK Jr. Memorial/FDR Memorial: here you will find the memorial of activist Martin Luther King and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
  • World War II Memorial: where you will find the national memorial representing World War II.

You will also pass close to city landmarks such as the capitol building and the White House.
