For approximately $90 a VIP Ticket you will enjoy a 45-minute private guided tour of the Top of the Rock as well as priority access to the observatory and private lifts during your visit.

What's included in a premium ticket to Top of the Rock?

You can also purchase tickets to the Top of the Rock observation deck at the attraction' s ticket office, which is open from 10 AM to 10 PM every weekday at 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues on the Concourse and at the NBC marquee.

If you opt for this option, you will most likely have to wait in long queues as it is a place of great tourist interest and you run the risk of not being able to book the time you want as there is no availability, so my recommendation is to simplify the process and save time by buying your tickets online.

Children under the age of 6 get in for free, while children over that age will need their own ticket to enter the Top of the Rock.

You can get there by walking around Midtown so it won't cost you anything. However, if you're in another part of New York City and need to get there by bus or underground, a single ticket costs $2.75 for both.
