For many people, there's nothing better than exploring North Carolina's largest city on a Segway, as you get to enjoy the local weather firsthand and connect with the locals. Fun fact, some travellers believe that if you go by air-conditioned car you lose the magic of the place. What do you think?

Also, on most Segway tours in Charlotte you'll be guided by a local or someone who actually knows the place, telling you real stories or current events that have taken place in the Queen City. Some tours pass by the Levine Center of the Arts, the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, the Gantt Center, among other places. Either way, check available stops before booking your tour.

Some of the places you will visit in this activity are the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Fourth Ward Park, Spectrum Center and Belk Theater at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. Among the places you could visit if you book such a tour, I recommend Old Settlers Cemetery and various haunted houses in Charlotte. The cemetery, for example, is surrounded by various scary stories that will leave you in awe and perhaps generate a sense of dread.
