During the approximately 3 hours of the experience you will walk through the streets of the city where you will appreciate the remains left by the Roman, Muslim, Jewish and Christian cultures. These influences can also be seen in the different types of food.
On the tour you will go inside different bars and restaurants. These include all kinds of tapas and small dishes for you to savour. Each dish will be accompanied by an explanation of how it was made, as well as the origins of the dish. You'll taste everything from local vegetables to all kinds of hams and cheeses.
