Aqualandia is a water park located in a natural setting where you can find a large number of attractions for all the family. Swimming in a huge wave pool or sliding at full speed down the highest water slides are just some of the things you can do there. In addition, Aqualandia also has different children's areas and play areas for the little ones.

Once in the park, you can follow one of the 3 proposed routes, which you can choose according to your tastes.

    • Family Route: the most relaxed of the routes, designed for children, families or simply for those who are not fans of thrills and spills.
    • Friends Route: the second option, as you go through this route you will pass through quieter attractions as well as some more exciting ones.
    • Extreme Route: designed for adrenaline lovers.

Of course, in the park you can also find places to eat and rest such as cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. Or if, on the other hand, you prefer to bring your own food, you can enjoy it in the picnic and barbecue area. As the day draws to a close, you have the option of taking a shower in the changing rooms or even buying a souvenir in the gift shop to remember this fantastic day.

Aqua Natura is a water amusement park located next to the Terra Natura zoo. This fun park has been in operation since 2009 and is the perfect plan if you travel to Benidorm in August or the rest of the warmer months, as there you can cool off in one of its pools or enjoy the adrenaline as you slide down the dizzying slides that the park houses inside.

Some of its most outstanding attractions are the Great Central Pool with a waterfall and spa area; La Cresta, which combines the idea of a slide with a roller coaster; or the Aqua Snake, a gigantic slide from which you can jump off as a couple on a float. Of course, you'll also find options for the little ones in the children's entertainment areas.

But perhaps the highlight of the park is the Mermaid School, which tends to thrill the little ones in particular. Here children can experience the thrilling adventure of becoming a mermaid for a day, starting with a makeover, a fun costume and finally a lesson on how to swim with a monofin. At the end of the class, they will have the option of having their photo book taken by professional photographers so that they will never forget the day.

For this reason, it is advisable to purchase your ticket in advance, to avoid the risk of finding no tickets available or the price being higher than usual.
Dress appropriately for the occasion
The weather in Benidorm during the months when the water parks are open is usually warm, although if your trip is in May or September it may get cooler as dusk approaches, so if you would like to enjoy the nightlife in Benidorm, it would be advisable to bring a light jacket. However, the recommended clothing for visiting a water park in Benidorm is cool and summery. And of course, you can't forget the most important thing, swimwear. As for footwear, don't forget to bring sandals or flip-flops that can get wet, as you'll need them to enter some of the facilities.
Bring spare clothes
In a water park it's not difficult for your clothes to get wet, and sometimes your swimming costume doesn't dry completely. That's why I recommend that you take spare clothes so that you can change in the toilets or changing rooms before leaving the park and avoid the inconvenience of having to get home with wet clothes.
Bring sunscreen and sunglasses
If you are travelling to Benidorm during the warmer season it is very likely that you will be accompanied on your trip by a radiant sun, so bringing sun protection is essential for this activity. Also, being submerged in the water, sun exposure will be more dangerous, so you'll need to take care of your skin as much as possible. Sun cream should be suitable for your skin type and the time you are going to be exposed to the sun and sunglasses should have UV protection and it is recommended that they are also polarised..

The best thing to do is to book online. The first time I went with my family without tickets and we had to wait a lot, now we didn't have that problem, it saves a lot of time! The park is to go more than once in a lifetime without a doubt!

Very good water park, the service and attention in general is good and some slides are very high. All very clean, I liked it. The sun is deceptive, take a good sunscreen.
