Step by Step
Adding a sunset cruise on the Ria Formosa will be the best way to complete your trip in the south of Portugal. This is one of the most beautiful wilderness areas in the area, where you can discover nature, biodiversity and breathtaking landscapes that are hard to forget.
The sailing experience lasts approximately 2 hours and a half. You will follow a complete itinerary along the estuary and, weather permitting, you will make two stops at two of the most impressive islands: Amrmona Island and Culatra Island.
Both separate the estuary from the vast ocean and are only accessible by boat. To complete the experience, on the island of Armona you can take the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear, but cold, waters.
Then it's time for sunset and you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking sunsets you've ever seen.
