Step by Step
Enjoy a 1-day guided hiking and kayaking trip to the Sandoval Lake National Reserve and Tambopata National Reserves, areas of natural beauty and rich biodiversity located in the Peruvian Amazon.
The excursion will be led by a local guide with whom you will embark on a journey to explore and delve into the variety of wildlife in the region, spotting monkeys, reptiles, birds, mammals and more.
- Sandoval Lake National Reserve: you will take a kayak tour equipped with waistcoats, through the calm waters of the lake. You will be able to see some otters and different types of birds.
- Tambopata National Reserve: you will walk through the rainforest and have the opportunity to explore the vegetation and meet animals such as howler monkeys, pumas, jaguars and more.
The tour is conducted in small groups of 19 people, in order to guarantee a closer, more intimate and personalised experience. You will travel with round trip transfers from selected hotels in the city of Puerto Maldonado.
