Step by Step
Join this sidecar tour from Utrecht and discover the city and its surroundings. In about 3 hours and together with your driver and guide you will see the highlights of the city while enjoying a ride in a vintage sidecar.
The tour will start in the centre of Utrecht, where you will meet your guide and get into the sidecar. If you want, you can ask him to pick you up from your hotel at an additional cost. You can also modify the tour according to your interests as this is a private tour. One point to bear in mind is that the sidecar can only take 2 passengers. During the tour you will see the most picturesque streets of the city and admire the typical architecture of the Dutch houses and canals.
You will pass the Vecht river, the Breukelen castle, built in 1275 BC and the Sypesteyn castle, which has a beautiful garden. You will also see the Vuursche lake surrounded by old houses, the former royal palace of Soestdijk, the Loosdrecht lakes, and the Bethune pódler, a land below sea level.
You will also see the forest of Goois, the houses of Nieuwe-Wetering, the old mill of Geesina, which is still in use, the fortress of Ruigenhoek and the 13th century castle of Slot Zuylen.
