Step by Step
Enjoy a private sailing trip in the Bertilla Lagoon for approximately 3 hours to discover the mysterious mangroves of Bacalar.
Before starting the activity you will receive brief instructions from the captain of the boat. You will sail to the south where you will discover interesting areas such as:
- Cenote Esmeralda: paradise of turquoise and crystalline waters. Its depths hold the presence of stromatolites, creating a unique natural environment.
- Cocalitos: a magical and serene corner with emerald waters. It is surrounded by abundant surrounding nature.
- Abandoned Pier: a pier with weathered structures that contrast with the vibrant waters. Here you will have time to swim, cool off and enjoy a delicious snack of seasonal fruits.
- Bird Island: a natural haven where you can observe a wide variety of local and migratory birds in their natural environment.
