Step by Step
A sushi-making class in Tokyo is the perfect complement to an unforgettable trip to the city from which this world-famous and globally consumed food originates. A local instructor will be your guide during the approximately 3-hour class.
There will be plenty of time to learn the traditional methods and a few tricks to make sushi making easier. You will prepare sushi fillings and toppings, as well as other typical local dishes such as soup stock or sushi rice itself.
During the preparation, the instructor will accompany you in the preparation of three different sushi rolls. And when you've finished, it's time for the final test: tasting your own creations.
The sushi you have prepared yourself is accompanied by other local products such as miso soup and green tea.
This is a class designed for small groups of no more than 10 people. This way, you are assured of the attention and exclusivity of the instructor to get the most out of the activity.
