Immerse yourself in the world of wine with this 2-hour tour of the Tili family winery in Assisi. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to learn about the winemaking process from expert winemakers. You will discover the secrets of the grape harvest, from picking the grapes to processing them in the winery. You will also be able to actively participate in the process, putting yourself in the shoes of an oenologist for a day.
Once you have learned about the winemaking process, you will enjoy a tasting of 5 wines, where you will be able to taste different varieties and learn about their characteristics and pairings. The expert oenologists will guide you through this experience, teaching you to appreciate the aromas and flavours of wine in a professional manner.
