Throughout the experience you will be accompanied by a tour guide to whom you can address all your questions. One of the highlights of the tour is that you will visit the Eagle's Nest. This is a refuge on the top of a large mountain that Adolf Hitler used to rest in.
This tour includes a visit inside where you will learn all kinds of stories. You will hear about the weddings, conferences and meetings that took place inside, as well as all the dignitaries who visited.
You will walk through all the rooms, including the huge terrace with spectacular views, as the refuge is situated at an altitude of 2000 metres. The ascent is via an elevator, which is included in the tour, so you don't have to climb up the mountain. In addition, if bad weather prevents access to the Eagles' Nest, it will be replaced by the Berchtesgaden salt mines.
