Accompanied by a local guide you will visit the family home where you will be welcomed with hospitality and warmth, and where you will learn how to cook 6 typical dishes of the region, using traditional techniques and ingredients.
Some emblematic dishes are the delicious khachapuri or cheese bread, the succulent khinkali or dumplings and delicious aubergines with salad. Dishes may vary.
You will also enjoy an authentic wine and chacha tasting to savour the different nuances of the local wines. While you will learn about Georgia's rich gastronomic history.
