Throughout the different visits, you will learn about the production, history and importance of champagne in this region. In addition, this learning will be accompanied by some tastings of champagne produced by small family wineries, but also by large world-renowned wineries.
The main wineries you will visit are Moët & Chandon and Taittinger, both of which are very famous and have 34 different vineyards. Entrance to these cellars is subject to availability, so they can be replaced by the Mumm, Pommery, Mercier or De Castellane cellars.
Apart from the cellars, you will also visit must-see places when it comes to champagne. This includes the ruins of Roman cellars more than 2000 years old or the tomb of the monk Dom Pérignon, the creator of champagne.
