Step by Step

This guided tour, lasting about 1 hour and a half, will allow you to get to know the most important works of the Musée d'Orsay, as well as its history, in the best possible way. This is a semi-private experience for a small group of no more than 6 people. With such personalised attention, the expert guide will be able to answer any questions you may have about the works you are seeing.

In addition, the Musée d'Orsay is the largest art gallery of the Impressionist movement and, as such, many visitors flock to its doors every day. However, although the ticket price is not included in your reservation, you can ask your guide to buy them for you at the ticket office.

Once you have entered the museum, you can learn all about these visual works. Impressionism emerged as a way of trying to capture the light in paintings and leave aside all the basics of realism. Because of this, it was a great movement that was joined by world-famous artists such as its founder, Claude Monet, and others such as Renoir, Manet, Degas and the great Van Gogh.

So, on this visit you will be able to observe and analyse the works of these great artists live and direct. Not forgetting that you will not only analyse them, but you will also learn the story behind each one of them, what happened in the life of the author when he painted it and what he wanted to express with the painting.

Imposing building, I am always fascinated by the architecture of these places and this time it was no different. Very beautiful everything you can find, from the museum itself to the works of art, all very well preserved.

It is one of my favourite museums! I had the opportunity to visit it before, but this time I enjoyed the tour much more, although I felt a bit pressed for time.

Excellent! The guide was amazing with us, and what to say about the museum, it is a beautiful place, I had not seen a museum like this before. I think the tour is very accessible although it is a bit short, maybe it would have been better if it had been a bit longer.
