Step by Step
Join a quad biking tour around the island of Boa Vista in Cape Verde and discover its landscapes and white sandy beaches. This full day activity will allow you to explore the island in a unique way, driving your own quad bike on roads and trails that will take you to places you wouldn't otherwise see.
You will be picked up and dropped off at selected hotels in Sal Rei so you don't have to worry about transport. You don't need to have any previous quad biking experience either, as you will receive a briefing on how to operate the vehicle. You will be provided with a helmet and goggles for safety.
During the tour, which lasts approximately six hours, you will be accompanied by an expert local guide and a small group of about eight participants. You will have the opportunity to visit:
- The village of Rabil, a small village located a few kilometres away from Sal Rei.
- Coral Velho, a former fishing village which is currently uninhabited.
- Oasis of Fonte Vicente, where you will be amazed by the lushness of the fruit trees such as fig and tamarind trees, as well as baobabs.
This quad tour includes lunch at a traditional restaurant in Fundo das Figueiras, where you can taste typical local dishes and recharge your batteries to continue exploring the island before returning to your hotel.
